Feeling energy

Hello brothers and sisters I have a question. The other day I was in a big group of people and I was sitting with my eyes shut when I felt everyone moving like I could feel every movement everyone made I was wondering if there was any way I could have this happen all the time or if it has happened to anyone else.

Yes, it happens to me alot also. Like if am meditating in my
room I can feel those around me in my home or when someone is
walking in. Sometimes I can feel people trying to suck my
energy or they do suck me, but am working on that. I normally
just relax and focus on my energy or the energies around me.
That usually helps me.

Its very hard to describe. It more of a 'feel' then anything else. Its really hard in the beginning for some people just keep at it eventually you will be able to feel the energy.

There's not something specific you're supposed to be feel because energy feels different for different people. Feeling energy comes after imagining in the present that you're breathing energy and just concentrating on how it FEELS in THAT MOMENT.Not how it's "supposed" to feel somehow. If you're thinking at that moment how it's supposed to feel then you're not concentrating on the energy, but on the thought you have in your mind about how it's supposed to feel. See the difference?
 You may ask yourself "what I'm feeling right now?" to make you concentrate on that.

Yes.  You can do that all the time.  I can't yet, but, I know people that can do that all the time.  It's an ability you have and more or less have to dust off.  Once you have that, it will be an all the time thing.  I can't do that but I can sense when spirits want to talk to me.  I just feel their presence and automatically know that their intention involves me somehow, which is weird to say the least.  I often end up freaking them out by appearing in their face before they can appear in mine.  I would think that doing what your doing would be harder.  Just out of curiosity, do you see them like you would if you have your eyes open, like a spirit, or by sensing their aura? How far away?

So energy can feel like nothing? I mean, I can breath in energy without feeling it, right?

If you breath in energy that you cannot feel, continue with the meditation until you can feel it.

Basically if your nervous system is used to lots of energy, it's likely that you'll have a harder time feeling energy at low repetition of breaths, and as the number of breaths increases so too does your sensitivity increase.

If you are new though it may be difficult to exceed a certain number of breaths and this is a sign that you are breathing in energy and you have exceeded or are nearing the limit of what you can safely absorb for that session.

Alternate nostril breathing is a great way to increase the number of breaths/amount of energy you can take in during one session as this acts to balance the ida and pingala which re distributes the absorbed prana through the channels and thence enables your nervous system to handle it better.

I dont feel energy until now but sometimes very rarely if i do feel it for seconds I feel it on right side of my body.  Sometime on head hair, right shoulder ect. Not the left side. Why?

I can feel when people watch me or think about me. This ability evolves greatly with power meditation.

@inlovewirhSatan, I recommend you do some of the energy manipulation exercises on JoS. It sounds like you're just a bit out of balance.

Practice the exercises and you'll soon notice a big difference.

How can you know when people are trying to suck your energy? Do you feel it? Does it involve eye contact? Ive been very careful with this specially at work. Im always looking
All around and see who has their eyes on me or staring at me, if that so i just stare back until they feel awkward.
