Feeling distanced..

I'm feeling a bit distanced from Satan, and I feel a bit lonely. I know he's there and will always be there, but I don't know how to get back in touch with him. I've never spoken to him or any demons directly before, I've never tried to in fear of failure because I might not be strong enough to establish or hold a connection. Are there any meditations that might help? Any ideas on how I can begin practising again?

Meditate on his sigil and energy. I actually made up a 3- part meditation for getting closer to Satan. Do these simultaneously for at least a few minutes, however long you want:

1. Focus on his energy, by engulfing your aura in electric blue energy
2. Visualize his sigil (either one) in your mind
3. Recite Sa Ta Na Ma with the finger positions (vibrate "Sa" while touching thumb and pointer finger, "ta" with thumb and middle finger, "na" with thumb and ring finger, "ma" with thumb and pinky finger)
