How do I know that I have power? I have done meditations power, but never feel the energy, and I felt and not realized. How do I know if I have the energy, or how can I feel it?
Feeling of energy is similar to getting chills, just in a more pleasant way, and of course, you don't feel cold. You can feel a 'surge' of energy while you do meditations, it should be quite obvious to feel. If you still don't know what the feeling is, try looking up some youtube videos or some other links, because information about energy can't be easily altered, no one can lie too far from truth about it, you will know. hi i have a spiritual satanist for over 2 years now (i am in my third year) personally it took me about 6 months to significantly start feeling the energy from meditation(we are each individual so this may differ from person to person).....from my own experience i saw a significant change after opening my chakras this meditation is found on the beginner level in meditation section on JOS but when i really started to feel the energy was when i completed the Full Chakra Meditation this meditation is found on the beginner level as well......my advice to you would be to start with opening the chakras meditation and then proceed to the Full Chakra Meditation after this i can almost guarantee you......you will start to significantly feel the energy combine this with breathing exercises for satanists all this is found on the JOS Meditation Beginner Level.... i hope i have helped HAIL SATAN
