I have had myopia for a long time now.
But I also have a few black floats in it and at moment a few times as I move my eyes I get like a blind spot on both eyes but once a while that happens but all is fine other wise
I don't put glasses on anymore even though I need it.

Before a while I was getting pains some times at my eyes but that's no more.
Some times my eyes gets sensitive to the artificial light and the reflection. Though that may be normal sense I don't have glasses anymore.

So my question is how to return it to normal where it was when younger and healthy same time. Especially if there's food I can eat for it.

Thanks.

Eye health is dependent on good Liver health as the liver cleans and purifies the blood.

When the blood is clean and pure, the pure essence is able to nourish the eyes.

Broad leafy green vegetables and green natural foods as a whole help the liver to perform this function.

Herbs like Dandelion, Gentian, Bupleurum and Artichoke (the leaves not the hearts) assist in clearing the liver to aid it's purifying ability.

Angelica, Peony and Rhemmania are herbs which help to build and restore the liver after or during purgation.

Avoiding heavy, greasy and other congesting foods can free the liver up and exercise is a great way to open the Liver channels to ensure the qi therein runs freely.

Chrysanthemum is another eye tonic, however it should not be used on its own as it can lead to other problems - combine it with one or two herbs from each of the above groups for longer use.

The only exception is gentian, this herb should be used only for short periods and in small doses.
