I want to (and need to) start working out. I was wondering how I should go about working out and Yoga.

Should I do Yoga first, then work out OR work out first, then Yoga? Does it even matter and if it does please explain to me why, just so I know. Thanks.

If you are a beginner its better to do yoga in the evening rather doing it in the morning because our body is bit flexible in the evening than the morning. I don't think there's n order. i used to do few yoga postures after my daily workout.

kundalini serpent yoga is very powerfull I suggest you should follow astaroths eight fold path you can do daily either or doesnt matter.

Oh, sorry for not being more specific. I'm talking about aerobics for weight loss. I've got a few aerobic DVDs like Walk the Weight Off (I think that's what it's called) and Jillian Micheal's boot camp stuff. I've only recently begun Yoga so I'm still very much in the beginner arena with that.

I would suggest to try doing the hatha after as a way to open up the joints, spine and work any tension out of the body after impact [of varying levels] exercises then.
