I would suggest to try doing the hatha after as a way to open up the joints, spine and work any tension out of the body after impact [of varying levels] exercises then.

Oh, sorry for not being more specific. I'm talking about aerobics for weight loss. I've got a few aerobic DVDs like Walk the Weight Off (I think that's what it's called) and Jillian Micheal's boot camp stuff. I've only recently begun Yoga so I'm still very much in the beginner arena with that.

I want to (and need to) start working out. I was wondering how I should go about working out and Yoga.
Should I do Yoga first, then work out OR work out first, then Yoga? Does it even matter and if it does please explain to me why, just so I know. Thanks.
