This video mentioned Slough. I am watching Channel 5+1 Paddington 24/7 S2 E4. There was a fatality of a woman being hit by a train, committing suicide, on the line in/near Slough. Numerous lines have been closed, so it will have a major impact, and there was industrial action - a strike happening at that time, as well. "It won't be a quick job due to the nature of it - forensic."

After the Slough incident was sorted out, another emergency came in - another suicidal female...

Then a few minutes later, another alert came in, then 10 minutes later, the emergency line was ringing again - this time a suicidal male...

These last 3 incidents had happy endings, but there were hundreds of suicides on the line the year before this episode was recorded or broadcast.

Quite a coincidence, and quite some similarities with more and more problems coming again and again, with how long things take to fix...
