Hello!

I want to ask a question regarding energy. Sometimes there are moments when I feel exhausted after meditation, and I find it difficult to visualize light and a white-golden aura. Also, during meditation, intrusive thoughts arise that disrupt my concentration, and I have a slight fear of accidentally visualizing a gray aura, which makes me tense.

How can I fix this?

This is normal at first. The mind is “out of control.” Over time this will clear up. When this state occurs, try to stop for a few minutes and try again.

This can be caused by many factors such as emotionality, unconscious, blockages, psychic attacks and more. But don't worry, this is easily overcome. Void meditation is a great solution for this.

This also happens sometimes to me. I stopped to listen music for some time, it helps. It happens also when I am very tired and I try to meditate.
 
I guess you are quite new, if that is the case and you haven't even finished the 6 month training program then you need to understand that vid meditation is one of the fundamental meditations that someone should do daily at least 2 times minimum, morning and evening, personally I would say a 4 would be ideal, 4 sessions of 10 minutes each, day after day for a long time you will have a lot to reap, this applies to anything.

When you are new with energy it is normal for your mind to feel more vivid and active , more understanding and in life that's why and these thoughts of everything come , sometimes and in most cases it is our own mind that plays tricks on us , one must remember that it is God in his own world and nothing can affect him .

Void Meditation is a MUST.
 
I agree to other members, that Void meditation is a must. If it's really hard maybe try to ask your GD for help or do a breathing meditation.

You're actually correct. If you do breathing exercise and relax your body before your mind then the void would be way more smoother , something common that might happen is that you might fall asleep or do fall asleep but remain consciences , it did happened to me to jump into a lucid dream straight away without having to go onto the other sleep processes , at least not in full.

I completed the 40-day program and continue to follow it to this day. I also practice void meditations on the sigils of the Gods. Recently, or rather just lately, I started feeling more drained, my motivation has decreased, and I feel like I'm not seeing the results of the practices.

You're very welcome Brother.

There are many more void meditation, try practicing the rest of them, maybe the one where you just close your eyes and block out every emotion, thought and whatever else would be more beneficial for you? See which ones you find better, experiment.

And if you think that this problem persists then you know where to work more, it means you're doing well but no one will be able to tell you if they are prone to your invading thoughts or other beings, no matter which is which, you must always keep yourself healthy, bright, protected and strong.

Do the normal/standard void meditation, not what is similar to the flame/image concentration exercise.

Have you done the void meditation daily since your finished the 40days? If not, then you should.

I practiced void meditations continuously for 40 days and am still practicing them now.

I have some guesses as to why this happens, as I have OCD and sometimes experience intrusive thoughts.

What helps me is simply trusting in Father Satan and continuing to practice despite the intrusive thoughts.

And yes, I practice the void meditation specifically.

It doesn't matter what you have , those intrusive thoughts are normal to come , they will always do but we should never try to overcome them [us]. That's the whole process of the path in itself , the ability that we wake up , grow and develop within ourselves. My point is, regardless of one 'conditions' those thoughts are normal to happen , therefore one should understand purely the working of the spiritual workings that they are the only literal 'medicine' which help us in becoming God's. No limitations for SS's

This is helpful to figure out the source of reccuring thoughts and to recognize patterns.

Also another form of Void Meditation is to focus on a physical feeling, which can be easier to bring your mind back to.

For example, you can place your palms on the table and focus purely on the feeling of touching the surface. Or any part of your body which touches a surface (your feet touching the ground or the parts of your body touching the seat/bed, etc).

Man I had the same problem visualizing gray energy. As other said void meditation is the best, but you must do even other meditations to fix this. I recommend before doing void meditation clean your chakras - 6th and 7th are the most important. Do aura of protection, or energy meditation. Do returning curses part 1 and 2. Open your 3rd eye, when you start doing it will start healing process. Do a ritual to our God Valefor - when you do the ritual it will also start the healing process. You must know that this shit with gray energy can be fixed.

I’ve started practicing void meditation more often, and it’s truly helping me.
Sometimes negative thoughts distract me, and I’ve even felt fear about accidentally inhaling "gray" energy, which caused some tension.

However, as I understand it, even if you accidentally imagine "gray" energy, nothing bad will happen because during meditation, your intention is specifically focused on inhaling the white-golden aura.

When unpleasant and negative thoughts arise, I simply observe them from the outside, without paying attention or spending energy on them. The most important thing, in my opinion, is to feel the energy rather than just visualizing it.

I find it easier to imagine golden energy when I think about birds singing outside in the summer—it calms me and helps a lot.

Therefore, I believe that feeling energy is more important than visualizing it. As Our High Priestess Maxine mentioned,it’s essential to learn how to feel the energy.

Ok. Just ignore thoughts about gray energy. Pretend that the energy that you are inhaling is positive. Try to totally forget that gray energy is causing you troubles. But if you feel negative when inhaling some color, try with different color

Seeing grey energy means your aura is dirty, it can also indicate an upcoming health issue. Illness and such are seen on the aura before they manifest in reality, so this can give you an early warning sign.

You must persist with visualizing White Gold until you break through the grey and force the energy you are breathing to be White Gold. For this, you have to impose your will upon the energy with firmness and determination, until the energy you visualize is no longer grey.

Basically, you will the energy to be White Gold, and if it isn't, then you aren't trying hard enough. Forcefully impose your will upon it until the energy is as it needs to be.

During this, it is normal to feel physical exhaustion, or mental exhaustion. Imposing your will is intense and can make you tired, because you are changing reality with your mind, this takes power and energy. Like moving a heavy object, it will make you exhausted, unless you are very strong, but at the end, you have moved it, and thus the result is positive.

Hey! I did what you wrote, i tried with determination and everything you wrote, but than i got very hard pain in my heart chakra. What should i do?

That chakra might be blocked and not fully opened , dirty as well. You got to keep meditate on it, clean your chakras more daily and empower them.
Every blockages, pains and etc are due to the fact ur chakra is not fully functional , this does not result only on those sensations but also blocks in one mental [according to the chakra in question].

The pain is like I would hold my breath for a long time and push it. By push it I mean on JoS website when doing breathing exercises it writes if I push too long I can get brain damage.

I think you are simply overexerting yourself. Try to remain physically in a relaxed state, not too tense, and focus on engaging your mind specifically.
When I mentioned determination, I meant mental determination, like a very strong focus, sharp and powerful.

It can help to move your body physically, the physical movement will help guide the visualization in your mind, but if you do that, you need to not strain yourself, tension does not allow energy to flow.

Your mind is a different body from the physical, just like how the astral body is a different body as well. Try to engage the mind specifically, as that is the "body" you use when visualizing.
Physical movements are not really necessary. Ultimately you want to either stand upright in a stable stance, or be seated in the easy pose (A lightly cross legged seated position, or sit with one leg crossed and one leg relaxed like you see Shiva sit in classic depictions of him), and not be tensed up too much. Especially the chest area should be calm and open.

You are invoking energy, the energy flows on its own, the mind and will guides it. You should move minimally during this process.

I think self-awareness comes into play here. Although most here agree that one should be still. In my experience movement has helped to give more strength to my meditations.

Remember that not only the astral sense of sight comes into play, there are other senses such as touch, smell and sound. Music can help with relaxation and letting go.

When you focus on something, and feel an emotion, it is a signal sent to your mind and body. This will evoke more thoughts to be in tune with the emotion or whatever you are feeling at that moment. When this happens, you let go, as it will work on its own. I know it is hard at first, but in time this will come.

If your visualization doesn't turn out very well, then use the other senses, this also works perfectly. In my case for “visualization” I don't take it literally, as I use my other senses for it and it has worked perfectly for me. So here the knowledge of what you are best at is the key.

Thanks for answers. One more question, when i clean my aura, do i need to visualize myself from head, ears, neck, shoulders, body, hips, legs everything in details? While cleaning, do i focus on body or aura or both at the same time?
