Energy help?

Hello SS's
I am wondering if their is a meditation to give one physical energy. I mean the kind of energy that allows me to run or bike for a longer period of time without getting tired. Is their a meditation/spell for this?

 If you want to get better physically then workout, a energy high is not going to give you better cardio lol.

Yoga, hatha and kundalini. Qigong, and you cam also do a working or program your energy for that. Invoking fire. Using the Mars square too.
Go to the joyofsatan witchcraft section, you will find info and ideas on how to do that. There are not any specific spells for that. We just be creative. You can also look into the runes for that too. Hail our Creator God Satan.
