Energy grids in the air.

When I was younger, before I dedicated, I woke up in the middle of the night, still heavy with sleep. I saw a grid that was in the air, seemingly over everything.
This happened twice.
As I became more awake and aware, the grid slowly faded from my sight. I saw this with my physical eyes.

It's not complete darkness in my room when I sleep because the streetlamps filter through the blinds of my window, which penetrate into my room.

It looked like this, curving with different colours:

I only ask because my friend saw them too and mentioned it to me recently.

Does anyone know what they are? Why they exist? What they do?

In my case i do not see grids exactly, but i do see some 'buzzing' in the air, so to speak, probably energy because it reminds me of electricity. I can see it everywhere, and it is not because of my eyes, i have perfect sight. So yes, you may be seeing energy grids.

I've seen those myself (and other times I hear them as they fluctuate).
Think of a movie where they use CGI, where they take grids to create structures before putting on the remaining touches (technically, the skeletons underneath the meat). Don't take my word for this, though. They could also be linked to gravity or they're walls separating dimensions.

It's a glitch in the matrix. Honestly I have no idea, HOWEVER, this idea of energy grids in the air is triggering some serious deja vu for me! Sounds so familiar but I can't place it on anything
