I am trying astral projection for three days but can't fully project consciously. Now a confusing thing happened to me this night. I went to bed at 2.00 PM. When I was fully asleep, I immediately appeared in a sitting position on my bed, like teleportation. I was aware of everything. I knew something was not normal, went to the window, and saw all the lights of the neighbors were off. I realized they were too because it was night. Moved around my room, and then immediately my brain appeared fully paralyzed; I lost control over my body. I started to use my hands to wake myself up, but it didn't work( this happened to my energy not my physical self). After a long time, I woke up from this weird state, "dreamlike," without shock and not scared. Guess how much time passed after I went to sleep: 2 minutes! When I woke up and watched the clock, it was 2:02.Then I tried to sleep; the same thing happened again. My mind was paralyzed again after a few moments of being in this weird state, then I woke up and watched the clock: 2:04, 2 minutes again.If this happens in a dream, I would be scared af when I wake up. I'm sure it wasn't any kind of dream.My guess is, because I do astral projection exercises, my energy body learns to split from my physical body, but unconsciously. Probably when you are asleep is the best time to unconsciously project.I can't say it was full astral projection, but it looks like I was on the edge of it.

I don't know if you know about this trick but you can put a random card somewhere where you can't see it normally, when you astral project go see it, and when you wake up, you can verify if it's actually that card and that you have successfully astral projected.
