Someone said they went into an extreme trance as they fell asleep. And basically felt like their real bodies were in an alternate reality of their creation. But they were aware it was fake, like a very vivid/realistic lucid dream. Time moved very differently. They were there for what felt like 2 weeks, but when they woke up only 2 days had past. Their boyfriend did something to lightly get them out of it.

Is that what happens when people go to coma? Or is it BS.

But also, can I do this and use it to study books with a lot more extra time. Because I don't have a lot of free time and something like this would be very useful, in my astral temple maybe. But less deep of a trance? I think they were in a dangerously deep trance, if not knowing how to control it. Although they did seem confident they could get out of it if they wanted to without others.

Yes, sleep can be utulized to be not just a waste of unconcious time. Both concious dreams and astral projecting can be useful here, depends on what one can do, what level of advancement are they are on, and how can they use these for their benefit, what's their goal.

These are very good and useful skills and abilities to develop.
