I can't access the Kundalini yoga routine pdf from the 40 day beginners guide.
Also I searched the website.
Please someone guide me. I only have one night left tomorrow I'll be leaving for college and there I won't have access to internet.
Also are there any sigils/ runes to carry to prevent hardships???( I live in an Islamic country)
