I have a question that may seem silly about the inspiration of the elements. For me it is very important because I have never been able to do it. But today for the first time I succeeded.
Usually, to inspire fire, I visualized the fire all around me and breathed this element. But it never worked. I was never able to feel the effects or heat. Today instead I breathed the fire, but visualizing that it entered my body and soul through visual imagination and I actually felt the heat and I felt that the meditation had worked. You say I did well? Do you also visualize the element that enters you or do you just visualize it around you and then breathe in, perceiving only that it enters you?
