Did you had any experiences with Goddess Gi/Gaia?

She is the Goddess of Earth, that simbolize the earth itself or nature.

In theory She is Goddess Astarte from what I know. But my question is related to the aspect of Mother Earth.

I'm interested in this, it seems to be the most ancestral thing that was worshiped, the earth, together with the sky.

In particular I'm interested in the wild nature, to gain a realization related to the 1st Chakra. Survival related.

Gaia/Earth isn’t a Goddess like Astarte but simply an energy force with a passive intelligence. It’s the collective energy field of all things on earth, including the soil and all plants.

I wouldn’t say it’s the same thing as Earh element since the element exists everywhere in the universe, but it’s closely linked to that as the element’s embodiment.

I don't have any experience with this. However, the red color is also related to the first, base chakra. You can do the color meditation with red and experiment? Or you can try connecting with Goddess Gaia and see how it feels.

I never had experiences with Her in a formal way. This path is about journeying and experimenting, in my honest opinion. I would encourage you to turn that curiosity into action if you think this can be Spiritually Valuable for you. Just meditate with Her and see what can happen.

As for connecting to the Energy of the Earth. I tried some grounding techniques and absorbing from and releasing Energy to the Earth.

1) Imagining yourself like a tree with roots stretching deep into the soil, feel your connection to the Earth and be firm in it (the more you do it, the better you become grounded).

2) Imagine the Energy of the Earth being absorbed from your roots. When I did this I felt re-invigorated, safe and loved, like a Mother's Embrace. We are children of the Earth, Who would be nourishing us and we have inside us Elements and Minerals of the Earth itself.

I experienced kinda the same, not with that tree visualization, but being with naked feet directly on the grass.

That is absolutely great! Direct contact with Nature is ideal for this.
