demons and their protection

so i have a friend who is not a xian but she is being harrassed by a bully even though she is in her early 20's my 1 question is this.

can i ask a demon to protect her from her bully?

she is one that is open-minded to information but not a dedicated satanist.

Usually Satan and the Gods do protect our loved ones. Personally, Satan and my GD only protected them(outsiders) when the situation was very serious(health problems)and in cases where if something happened to them, it would have affected my life as well. And to be honest here, I never asked the Gods to help an outsider just because I feel sorry for them.
