From my experience and others I have read, the Demons don't make us feel cold. When they're around we usually feel positive energy and warmth. Cold is associated with ghosts though, since they are mostly made of the water element, which is cold. You might just have a ghost trying to be your friend. If it's not causing you any trouble, I wouldn't worry about it. When you're more astrally open you can chat with him/her.
