Is a demon a reincarnated human soul? Ive heard about other very powerful entities that like speaking Sumerian through human "mediums". Not ghosts. The time of day also seems to correspond, 3am. Too many similarities to be coincidence maybe. I kinda work alone in my research into these things. My friends and family proly wouldnt approve. Also if a demon is a reincarnated human soul (doubtful maybe) would it be theoretically possible to become more powerful than the most powerful demon in existence.

While study and theorising is good. Try not to work all on theory. Take some of your theory into practice and learn from true experiance, instead of guessing this and that.
