I think how one looks like as to DNA largely has to do with the soul. Like, that you have certain traits set within your soul that come out through your appearance, so perhaps one looks a bit similar as to what they looked like in a past life.

I don't have any evidence for this nor have I done past life regression to be sure. But it could be very much plausible. Those are just my thoughts.

I know that i in past lives i haved similiar face look. 1/3 is do to yours soul, then 1/3 is influenced by yours natal chart and last 1/3 is do to influence of people around you, natal chart of country and yours free will.
