Crime/Process - Reporting

It’s important that people report specific things which usually are about consent, violation of consent and in some countries the justice system is more developed. In life I usually advocate on the side of authorities despite a lot of other one off occasions.

What police officers and other departments experience, some of them are really well trained. On average and day to day, a person might not have the same team serving them with a traffic ticket as with a felony charge.

You’d think depending on the circumstances sometimes too that you do have rights, but sometimes not. When it comes to any direct or clear abuse, especially with occasional mistakes, errors, and severe defunding & active lawsuits against officers - in order to actually defend yourself legally from something like violence, sometimes you hear that “women have to stay longer until they can leave,” sometimes it’s about resources but the time frame within reporting and the active crime, what officers are after are “in the moment,” circumstances which can make things harder. Regardless anything severe can be reported later.

Gathering evidence is another issue because they take “verbal testimony,” sometimes. Actual irrefutable evidence of an event can also be tough if you’re challenged with someone maybe kidnapping and threatening in specific ways.

If you can and you’re in an emergency, do anything you can to keep your phone open and take photos of anything you can.

By now there have been 2 people arrested for felony counts of certain things in my case, and posting on here even blindly also helps just stay in the moment I think.

It’s an isolating thing but the justice helps. There are people out there who also may severely dislike or target someone reporting to police. It also takes courage because sometimes “you don’t know,” until you know.

The second time someone wanted to test me in some way, what happened was upsetting to everyone. I was kept in a literal room that I didn’t know existed. I paced around a hospital for about 2 hours or more until I decided to call the police. I was injured and didn’t know what to do.

I called and they came really fast, as soon as I told them the details - at first it was just one officer. Little did I know they were preparing for something major, they put one officer there initially and this time the doctor couldn’t even say anything.

I told them what happened and was already scared, I answered every question with total honesty and had to do it. They definitely wouldn’t let it go at all and it turned out what happened was way worse than I realized, then I was kept overnight in a room like a protection program.

They sent a swat team out I think, and I had to answer to cops and a detective, who sat with me for hours and asked me the same questions over and over again. Thankfully I really was more okay than they thought but they wanted everything.

They suspected rape, but I was being honest. It didn’t happen and I said I was able to leave. That’s how much they do care though, specific things like that, the other side of these situations is way brighter than anyone can realize in the moment. Either way they’ll push and push for answers.

The level of action they took was so large and so rapid, and so thorough and they can see through the truth versus a lie so rapidly, in severe cases when they have teams come out. This wasn’t anything like a traffic ticket or something small. They have ways to profile “victim,” which is also a legal label and “offender,” victim doesn’t mean weak but there are certain qualities where they identify and unravel facts and details that someone may not even know themselves when reporting.

It’s important to know that there are people on anyone’s side, and that certain offenders lose their protection status in society even when they’re released.

Accountability is also important and your own side of the story, also knowing your own rights and doing everything you can on your own. When that’s not enough, you call police and do what you can.

This is the targeted message.

It appears based on descriptions that you have been undergoing abuse or something similar, and for these tasks, this is what the authorities exist to help with.

Be aware, that reasons must be clear and specified to this. If one pings the authorities for literally anything, any call loses it's value. One must consider if things are really unsolvable and dangerous in the real way. If they are, one must do this. If there are alternatives (and usually there are) one must go for these, as people are inundated with work and many people call them because some youngsters have a party nearby.

As for evidence, yes. Word matters little. Actual presentable evidence must exist. That's also because in many systems, if one makes random allegations, these do not hold water, they must be backed by actual hard evidence. That's to avoid random people creating random arguments against random people and/or enemies, abusing the legal system not for justice, but for retribution.

Kind regards and I hope you get better soon.

The day the Moon in Scorpio gives the best results as told to me by someone who is a certified electional astrologer and works with lawyers, know this if there is a crime that needs to be reported, and the person does not have the means to afford an electional astrology or knowledge.
