Creating a Satanic Alter,

I wanted to buy a Satanic Alter since I don't have a table or such that I can use for an alter. Whats the best way to make one since I cant find a site that sells them? I want to make a special alter for Father Satan filled with all the love in my heart so he can know how much I love him. Also, what kind of apparel should i wear for rituals and such since many different views state many different opinions. As to what to wear, that's up to you. I usually put candles on the ground when doing rituals so I don't wear robes,  but a clean hoodie, shirt and pants with a jacket if it's cold outside. Some people choose to wear all black, other wear ritual robes.
