Create a Haunting event

Hey brothers and sisters,

I would like to know how can i make a mansion become Haunted to keep people away from owning it?

Do I have to Create elements to work for me or can I somehow have ghostly lvl1 and lvl2 help?

There's a Mansion I fell in love with which I would love to own in few years and turn it into SS mansion for Spiritual Advancement and when I'll be ready have a Warfare Coven to finish father's unfinished business.

I only had success in the past with Death Spell upon my enemy to made my like hard for 4 years in past.

Well, i don't really understand if you are serious about'' ghost lvl1 and lvl2'' or it s just sarcasm... but it's not nice, as ghosts are souls after all. And for making a haunted house, you can use thoughtforms.

Just make a thoughtform that prevents people from buying the house. No need to make it haunted or whatever.
