Conclusions about Internet groups

I have trawled through pages of Google results searching UK groups to help me with my journey to become closer to Father. None of which appear to be genuine and updated is this Google or is the true path only members given freedom to exist in the land of the free? (US of A)

I have asked for genuine UK contacts and only one person replied also is there a problem here being 39? as when asked about my age they no longer respond? (referring to other group here)
What is the percentage of genuine members here? I mean genuinely practice, I am trying to find the rituals required to ask for guidance and to give thanks for that guidance. I have tried to assemble my own altar with a Baphomet poster and trying hard to source a silver chalice difficult I can tell you. With no one I can ask for advice its difficult, I do understand reservations people have but helping each other is required in Satanism according to the Jos site so what more am I required to do before I am trusted enough for that advice to be given?

I haven't noticed that one's age matters; it certainly hasn't for me & I'm one of the older members here age-wise. Most members are fairly young but over all the membership ranges from teens to people in their late 60's and maybe even 70's.

I think most are from the USA, but the membership is international including, I believe, from the UK. (I'm from Canada).

A silver chalice would be wonderful, but they can be next to impossible to acquire & you really don't need one. They can be next to impossible to acquire. Many have used crystal, earthenware, even glass. A silver wine goblet (usually available in sets of 2 because of their popularity at weddings, aren't quite as difficult to find or quite as costly. All ritual instruments (whether purchased, found, gifts, etc.) need to be dedicated to Satan's use; that is the most important. (Those of us who use astral temples to do all our workings can "furnish" them however we want, but that's a separate subject. Workings done in an astral temple are very powerful & also has the huge advantage of not needing physical props.)

As for setting up your altar, I think there are pictures on the JoS site and perhaps in other places to serve as a guide. Arrange things how you feel is best & remember you can always make changes. I've even heard of people having portable altars in that everything is kept in a small case or box and set up when needed. Ideal for those for whom space is a consideration or those who travel, etc.

Advice needed?
Shop thrift stores. A "silver chalice" doesn't have to be silver, or just silver plated. It can be glass. It can be clay. Tin. THE MAGIC AND POWER IS NOT INSIDE THE SHIT YOU BUY FOR RITUAL.
Buy cheap stuff. Pick up a athame or daggar from ebay, or renaissance fairs, or swap meets. Fairs carry novelty stuff.
Shit, use a kitchen knife (AS LONG AS IT IS A DOUBLE EDGED BLADE). The energy needs to be directed STRAIGHT THRU it, not curved, or jagged, or made up like some of these daggars are out there that cost a fortune.
Bought mine on ebay 11 yrs ago for 6.oo Its large, double edged, has runes carved into it when I bought it. I cleanse it for 3 days. (BURY IT IN THE GROUND, EARTH, FOR THREE DAYS AND NIGHTS) then take it out, cleanse it and bless it in the name of the Gods of Elysium.

Glad you gave me advice on chalice's as I found a dragon chalice which I feel is great.  I have a creative side in that I have made certain equipment of a adult nature. I also have a hobby of making pens and letter openers. I believe this is right for me, I believe  in my self more now than at any other point in my life.........So yes this is for me. I feel power and strength once again. It feels natural to me.

I got my chalice from a charity shop for a couple of pounds,the bowl was a present I adapted and everything else I got off Ebay really cheaply as I couldn't afford expensive things. I have a idea of how my altar should look and will listen to myself and any thoughts that may help me acquire the necessary items. Does the dedication ceromony for the ses items need to be done individually or may it be performed for them all once only plus where does one find the dedication ceremony for items I performed a ceremony dedicating myself which I felt went well. As for my astral temple that may take time as I struggle with meditation of any sort. Thank you to you all for your advice

Shop thrift stores. A "silver chalice" doesn't have to be silver, or just silver plated. It can be glass. It can be clay. Tin. THE MAGIC AND POWER IS NOT INSIDE THE SHIT YOU BUY FOR RITUAL.

Buy cheap stuff. Pick up a athame or daggar from ebay, or renaissance fairs, or swap meets. Fairs carry novelty stuff.

Shit, use a kitchen knife (AS LONG AS IT IS A DOUBLE EDGED BLADE). The energy needs to be directed STRAIGHT THRU it, not curved, or jagged, or made up like some of these daggars are out there that cost a fortune.

Bought mine on ebay 11 yrs ago for 6.oo Its large, double edged, has runes carved into it when I bought it. I cleanse it for 3 days. (BURY IT IN THE GROUND, EARTH, FOR THREE DAYS AND NIGHTS) then take it out, cleanse it and bless it in the name of the Gods of Elysium.
