Communicating with Daemons

I have a little trouble with racing thoughts/concentration in my meditation and I figure I need to be able to focus well if I am to communicate with a demon, are there any excercises I can do to kind of focus better you know? blank out the world and my thoughts and focus on the Daemon, and feel their precense, or voice in my head telepathically?

I am serious, I want to find my Guardian Demon, and need guidance in my life and want a relationship with the Daemon...
