Thank you very much for your reply, you (as others) have been a big help. Perhaps its the inability to tighten my rectum due to nerve damage. However: I WILL NOT give up! If I must 1st do workings to be able to accomplish this, consider it done!
Now I'm gonna come humbly out and ask if anyone has any ideas on how to do this. I presently (breath) draw in white energy to that area as well as others around the waist area, in the way described to me by HP Pythia, if there are any other ways to go about it, I greatly look forward for all knowledge offered! I gotta lot ahead of me, I am patient, and again, Will NOT give up!
