People on this forum hate pretty much all of the leaders of the EU member states (Boris Johnson, Angela Merkel, Emmanuel Macron)
I'm not sure about Bashar Al-Assad
We definitely hate Netanyahu
I can't say more about anyone else so how about we assume all of the world leaders are our enemies unless dictated otherwise.

Politics is a dirty game and it can be that people who may even appear to be with the enemy praying to sabotage them at night, so no, naming people in a list as an evaluation agency can't happen.
