I have experienced "Cosmic Orgasm", vibrations running through my forearms, seeing everywhere at once ( third eye ), and body jerks ( jerks. That's funny. ), and fiery hot flash starting up the spine, and another time in the back of the chest up to the neck, after running energy and then Falling Asleep with this energy still stuck in me.
These ( at least in my case ) are just body and personal energy reactions to having too much energy in me at one time. Also while in a meditation class with 2 hours sleep, I had my spine vibrate from the base up to the crown, in less than 2 seconds. I was awake for this. Almost passed out. Again it is just energy release in my case.
Various yoga books admit to these " natural phenomena " happening.
Also, running white/gold light through my head to my feet,, I start seeing subconscious images, like when we dream.
And that is all it is. Lucid Dreaming. Nothing more, at least in my case.
