Meditation clarification

Hello brothers and sisters!
I need clarification. I was doing the RAUM meditation and when I reached EA vibration number 31, I absentmindedly vibrated IO into my left and right sides. (I think they are called pillars of the soul). I continued and finished the 40 vibrations of EA. The question is, did the meditation work or did I ruin it? I affirmed the energy to be positive for me.
Second question, if I am meditation (I do it a lot), and I have to take a break, how long can the break be? Is it better to just affirm the energy and be in savasana before I take the break?
And finally, there are institutions on the jos website called circulating the elements. The instructions aren't clear to me since English isn't my first language. Can anyone please help?
Thank you in advance.

The Raum meditation will work, you didn't ruin it.

If you are doing different meditations, you can have a rest between them, it is not a problem. However, I don't recommend taking breaks while doing a single meditation/practice.

We can help if you tell us the things you didn't understand.

Are you talking about yoga instead of meditation? I didn't understand why would you be in savasana before a break.

In the circulating the elements meditation, the instructions are;

Invoke the element of fire into your whole body.

2. Condense the element into your base chakra.

3. Circulate the fireball through each of your chakras, as in the Circulation Meditation.

4. You should feel the searing white-hot ball pass through each chakra. If you don't feel it right away, imagine it. This will come in time.

The problem is circulating the fireball through each of your chakras like in the circulation meditation. I click on the circulation meditation link and the link doesn't open due to a 404 error.

I don't understand how the fireball, and the other elements are to be circulated. In what order. It's not just fire but all the other elements.
As for the savasana, i should have been clearer. High priestess Maxine Dietrich, and several advanced members of our community, have written to state affirmations, and feel an energy buzz after meditation and yoga.

The phases of the circulation of the elements are:

Phase 1: Calcination: Invoke the element of fire throughout the body, then condense it from the base chakra and circulate it.

Phase 2: Distillation: Invoke the element of water throughout the body, then condense it from the base chakra and circulate it.

Phase 3: Solution: Invoke the element of ether, then condense it in the third eye or sixth chakra, and then circulate it in the other chakras.

Phase 4: Conjunction: Invoke the element of earth, then invoke the element of fire, then condense this energy and circulate it from the base chakra.

Phase 5: Putrification: Invoke the element of air, condense it in the throat chakra and circulate it.

Phase 6: Freezing: Invoke the element of earth, then condense it in the base chakra and circulate it.

Phase 7: Cibation: Repeat steps 1 and 2 (Calcination and Distillation) and condense this energy in the sacral chakra, then circulate it.

Phase 8: Sublimation: Invoke the element of fire, then condense it into the base chakra and circulate it.

Immediately afterward, invoke the element of earth, condense it into the base chakra and circulate it.

Phase 9: Fermentation: Inhale golden energy like the sun into the solar chakra and circulate it.

Phase 10: Exaltation: Invoke the element of fire as in Calcination, but make it as strong and intense as possible.

Phase 11: Multiplication: Invoke the element of ether as in Phase 3. Solution

But how precisely do I circulate the element? Is there a link that gives us instructions on how to move chakra by chakra. I apologize if I am being dumb here but I have no one else to ask.
