I think it’s a sign that people are fed up, but Canadians really need to shake off the BS surrounding their politics. Good stuff. I'm really glad Indigenous are taking a stand against them, I know of some who've halted many plans to construct mosques/churches in some places, as if there isn't enough already. They'd make very valuable allies.

Burn them, tear them down or convert them into residential dwellings. That's what's happening to them now. If a local parish doesn't get enough patronage, then it is classified "deactivated", the clergy moved to where it is needed, and the land is used for something else. The Roman Catholic church is always reluctant to sell off land because of it's asset wealth and "PR" exposure value.
