Chakra Empowerment and the Words of Power

Hello, I've started this meditation with the Runic/Gothic Variants when applicable, and I want to switch over to the Sanskrit, is their a specific time I should wait to switch? Or am I screwed with the Runic? I've thought about summoning Azazel to ask him about this, and other things, but I wont if I can get the answer here.

This topic is so very interesting as I too have just switched from Runic to Sanskrit in my daily chakra meditations. I did have issues last night and this morning during meds with visualizations of my chakras. It made me feel uncomfortable as this is not an issue I've had in quite a while. Working a lot on self empowerment, freeing my soul etc. About to begin evening meds and this does include chakra empowerment, I will continue with the Sanskrit in hopes that I will continue too expand my bio sensitivity. Thanks for the Logr rune suggestion.
