When I do Amun ra- Into my solar plexus I affirm that I am attaining wealth and riches for me to keep and spend as I desire…
But if I say do LAUM Into my root chakra , can I affirm that I am extremely disciplined ? Or if I vibrate haum into my throat can I affirm that I am able to communicate effectively?

Yes you can because the energy that is created by empowering your chakras can be used to achieve something what goes along with that chakra.

Use also a good number of affirmations , use vizualization or simply BELIVE you are more disciplinated or see yourself communicating better and there you go.
