Cannot get music out of my head while meditating

Even when I am walking around, I have tunes in my head. Not necessarily lyrics, but baroque classical as well. So before anyone says I am being influenced by the enemy, understand I think about music from all time periods, and even create my own melodies. I'm 42 and that's just the way I am.

So any advice to silence it for the time I need? It's not annoying, but I feel it's taking away from what I am intending to do.

If you're sure you want it to stop, you can use the rune Isa before meditating. Or an ocean soundtrack like you mentioned, or white noise, etc. Sometimes music can help with meditating though, for some people.

If you own an app capable device, the app Eden Beats is very useful. They have white, green (or pink), and brown noise as well as binaural beats. Everything is customizeable.
