Can two people be connected?

I was showing a friend how to make an energy ball and I was using yellow energy from my solar plexus and my friend in Arizona is also SS, she texted me afterwards and said she felt energy near her solar plexus like almost a shove into her rub cage. Is this a mere coincident or much more? Please help me

Im put my opinion in to since individuals have different(or slightly similar) experience.

Opening my hand chakras was when the skill to absorb started getting stronger for me. Just push on ur palms and put all ur focus on the physical pressure u just created. Then simply breath and feel like ur palms are ur nose breathing in.

How I learned to absorb energy thru the lower half of my body was when i started percieving the energy buzz in my legs from hatha yoga. Feeling the entire buzz pulling in on inhales and flexing out on exhales.(doing the yoga u should deep breath ur air into the spot ur stretching)

Now I just kinda breath in and focus like the outside (directly around my skin) is getting sucked into my body then getting forced away on exhales. Yes it did take a lil bit of days(just like everything else)

Currently I can feel(sometimes see prana) getting absorbed or pushed out when ever I put even slight focus into feeling my body itself breathing like my nose.

Speaking of nose made me thnk of another way tht could help feeling absorbed energy. Breath in and feel like ur breathing directly from the open nostril hole. Then shift it to where u would feel air being pulled from the hole in ur head between ur eyes. Then move to trying to feel air being pulled in from ur throat directly instead of ur nose. And kust keep working further down into ur body.
