bunch of questions..need advice

 I have been waking up extremely tired and drained no matter how much sleep I have had, can't remember my dreams, and get attacked in my dreams.... I do try to clean my aura,chakras, and do the aura of protection as often as  I can, like almost every hour and imagine blue flames around the room , I did do a banishing ritual last night.,but is there anything else I can do? they REALLY like fucking up my sleep schedule. It also happens before I do a ritual like when I'm raising my witch power...i usually wake up weak and really sleepy and I usually have pain in 3+chakras like my solar chakra(which I have been working on), my heart chakra, and my head. I'm at a beg. level so idk how to do much...They are probably pissed because I'm trying to do as many rituals as I can lol i hate those fuckers SOOO MUCH.

  and this is the first time it's happened(this type of attack), but as I was about to go out of my room  to get water  and when I opened the door I just knew their was an enemy there (I had this intense bad feeling,the feeling of malice was extreme!) and I immediately got this sharp pain in my solar chakra...did it stab me or something? why are they focusing on my solar chakra?

  and should you only do one 40d working at a time? can you start another working immediately after the other is over or should you space some time between?

and do you have to have candles to do a ritual?..i'm short on money..but I still want to do them.

The question about candles I cannot answer as I've never had an altar.

The question about additional, overlapping workings I cannot answer just because I don't know your situation.

It's the original paragraph which has my attention. So I'll offer my part there.

First, don't push yourself too hard. Imagine a man with atrophied muscles suddenly deciding to run a marathon. how good do you think it's going to go for him?

Next, It partly sounds like you might be either over-thinking it and partly because your learning the Truth could be a major threat to them, somehow. Many of us have encountered both vicious, hostile attacks and vicious "love" attacks. Many of us here are seen as threats.

But, what REALLY stands out to me is the location of the pain you're feeling. The solar plexus, the heart and the head. Those three spots are vital. I don't just mean spiritually in regards to the Nadis, either. I mean, as in, vital organs of your body.

You might want to get looked at by a doctor whom you trust. Tell them, in simple terms, what you're experiencing.It might be your diet. (Diet is far more important than most people realize. It's the source of your bodily energy.)

Yeah I've read somewhere how onions and garlic are bad for you. I've cut out all fast food, drastically limited how much junk food I eat, and I've started working out and doing yoga everyday. Do you know what other foods I should avoid???...i don't have the money to buy organic (soo expensive wtf!) And I'll make a doc. App. later...i HATE going to the doctor though... and I'll add a rune to my aop. And I'll start the deflection working ASAP too. And right now I'm doing a 40dw for health and the sun square for removing financial obstacles...is doing them both too much?

I think it has something to do with bioelectricty levels fluctuating, but it could be a type of attack...so I've been trying to keep track of the # things I do and do the same amount... as well as working on my aura of protection. And i also do a red aura of protection that repels and destroys all enemy connections and influences and that's helping so yeah.
