Okay I don't like to come out with problems, especially if the enemy finds things out. But, I need everyone's help. I have had a Breathing condition for 14 years. That's why I gasp on my videos. I have had many tests and they say I have Asthma but that they can't treat it and they think it's some kind tick. They want to send me to a neurologist, but I know that means drugs.
I have been going to a chiropractor and come to find out my neck was injured as though I had been in a car wreck. Many years of damage. He almost has me completely fixed which feels amazing. He says that should heal my Breathing as now the nervous system can work properly.
I am not seeing much results as of yet. I really want to heal this and be done with it. It is continuous not just occasional, which means I don't even remember what it feels like to take a breath. So if anyone could advise me on what to do, I am open to try new things. Thanks.

Hey Aldric, I've made a few post about yoga programs specific to certain problems (like back and knee pain) but coming up with something based on breathing.... is super hard because breathing is such a essential part of yoga. This might help though:

It's good to see that you can tell us this. :)I would defiantly do Yog's yoga poses, they helped my knee pain soooooo much, I can actually kneel without pain now. And this is just a thought... But can you do breath of fire? BOF may help this... Whenever I do it I feel much better afterwards. And you could always do a sun square. Maybe doing cardio? Try to hold your breath for as long as possible, a few times a day. For a couple of days and see if that helps. You can get through this Aldric :)HAIL SATAN!!!卐HEIL VIKTORIA卐

What exactly are the symptoms of your breathing problem? Is it easier to take a breath in or easier to breath out? Is it a feeling of shortness of breath? Is there any phlegm or congestion associated with it?

No congestion. I can't breathe in. It's as if my bronchial tubes will just not open. It use to be a cough. Now I just gasp and gasp. No matter how hard I breathe in I can never get a breath.
Thanks for the yoga program Yog, I do yoga everyday as well as take three yoga classes a week at my gym.
@sam yeah cardio really helps it, especially if I run. But I don't ever feel like running. Like right now it's all wet outside. I will check right now on the breath of fire. It does help a little bit. My yoga teacher keeps telling me to breathe through my stomach, but just breathing doesn't help. I need something forceful to push open the bronchials. Even the inhaler (bronchial dialators) just don't work. If I do a lot of hard running, to where my lungs are on fire and feel like their ripped open, it's like oh finally I can breathe a little.

Damn... That really sucks. Have you tried a Neti pot? Or going to a sauna? Those may help.HAIL SATAN!!!

Aldric when did this condition come about? Out of nowhere?

It could just be a continual inflammation of the lungs. From what I you have told us, doesn't seem like you were born with this. From the tests, did they just conclude asthma or a correlation with your your nerves?

Does vigorous exercise that demands heavy breathing help? Maybe slowly try lung exercises and continual deep breathing while focusing on your lungs opening and I do know that Lung Qigong restores and balances integrity of the cells of the lungs. A heavier approach is the sun square and mantras for healing.

So anyway, seems to be something causing restriction in the lungs and bronchial tubes due to chronic dehydration or inflammation from environmental factors and or diet. Most people are dehydrated without knowing. What is your diet like? Do you consume enough omega 3's and healthy fats? Maybe try oxygenated water?

Did you live in a city with a lot of air pollution?

The lungs tighten and restrict due to external factors. That I know.

Do you have any lower back pain? Cold extremities? Desire to urinate frequently?

Or do you sweat when you sleep? Have a sore, dry throat and feel hot alot of the time?

Inability to breathe in is a pretty specific problem which has to do with the Kidney energy (which suggest nervous system involvement) not grasping the descended qi from the lungs.

Neti pot + steam sauna + herbs = no sinus problems (for me, at least).

Your breathing problems are similar to those of my asthmatic neighbor, though.

Sorry I forgot to ask also do you get tired? Do you sweat spontaneously ie for no reason even when you do not exert yourself? Have you tried any herbs for this is in the past?

@centralforce no to all questions.
One day it came out of no where and was a horrific cough that was so bad they were afraid I would break my ribs. It has turned into differnt things. I started going back to the doctor just this last December as I tolerated it for many 13 years and was done.
I just went to the college here and ran up a hill as fast as I could. It opened my lungs for about five minutes. Then they restricted again but not s tight. Breathing doesn't do anything. I need something to pry them open. I have problems with urination and Defication as well. Aka it takes me forty minutes.
I was in a city yes. I think the house next store has asbestos too. Right now it feels like my lungs are full of water. My nose is completely clear though.

Well basically it went from a hard cough. To a choking cough. To spitting at one point. To a choking cough, then after I got medicine from the doctor, the cough went away and now I just gasp.
I am chanting Raum 108x into my solar and then affirming. My Breathing is Completely Healed in everyway. Today was day four and now I'm bringing it up here. So I feel like it's working. I know there is the Munka vibration. But is there anything to heal the mind of Insanity?.....

I don't drink soda. I cook at home so I eat decent. All I drink is water and Kombucha. I need to drink more water though. Oh yeah I crave Tuna. It feeds a certain part of my mind. It calms things down in my head. Lol

What exactly do you mean by insanity? Anxiety and mental fatigue caused by the ailment or clinical insanity?

lol I really do not know what you mean?
Do you feel that you might need mental and psychic healing?

You are not insane, of course. Seems that your nerves are imbalanced. I know Tourettes is a neurologically related imbalance. In the mean time you can work on healing one step at a time. In addition to the healing you are doing, continue to focus on the spiritual as well.

How old are you? There are many things that you can do physically for Brain-Nerve healing.
I wish I knew a little more about your diet and other things about you to come to a conclusion.
Continue your spiritual healing as a basis for your overall healing.

I need a few to gather and collect my thoughts on a proper health routine for nerve and brain imbalances.

I'm sure Central Force has solid advice for neurological healing as well.

What medicine did the doctor give you?

Can you describe the symptoms of your tourettes?

As in, all physical symptoms including things like heart palpitations (if present), digestive upsets and anything else.

Tourettes is a complex disorder which involves the kidneys and in your case the lungs but is also a disorder of phlegm. From what you have described thus far Qi deficiency is a major part of it, especially of the lung an kidneys.

Tuna is a qi tonic, it will help your lungs deal with fluid and provide energy and warmth. Your pharmacy medicine may be masking a lot of other issues as well.

I am off all medicine now. The list was.
ZyrtecOmeprazoleSingulairSymbicort VentolinFlonase
Also
AdvairQvarDulera High powered anti acidsSteroids
Constant memory loss.ConvulsionsRepeating words over and over in my mindHaving to do everything to a count of fourIf I shiver I screamThoughts won't work or ever process

I use to go very hardcore with meditations and breathing exercises. Ofcourse I've had the breathing problem since before I Dedicated. But I hope I didn't do permanent damage to my nervous system.
It's just so over stimulated I feel like screaming. I mean if I did, it can't be permanent right?......

The beauty of Chinese Medicine is that nothing is ever totally permanent. But that doesn't mean that you won't require a great deal of treatment.

I am going to email you privately - you can decide thereafter if you want to continue our conversation out in the open or keep it to yourself.

Shannon, you are right to be a little hesitant about immediately providing advice on this one... I can email you the reasons why I think that if you would like or those reasons are not evident to you yet.

@Central Force I believe we might have went through this before. Every person is different and so is each disease even if a group of people have the same one.

It is obvious to me.

Yes I would prefer keeping certain things private as I have revealed enough already. Lol
Any progress we make can be made known about. What you suggest ect. I have been through 16 doctors. Two acupuncturists. And this is my second chiropractor. Funny enough when I said it went from a bad cough to not as bad, it happened immediately after I saw a chiropractor. While the doctors then literally told me they had no idea.
I went through a whole year now and my Asthma Specialist told me there was nothing he could do for me. Keep seeing the chiropractor and if that doesn't work he would set me up with a nuerologist. I don't want him or his neurologist so my last effort is on the chiropractor.
My mother got shingles one time and an acupuncturist gave her some Chinese medicine and it cured it in two days. The two acupuncturist never prescribed me anything except one time. One prescribed me something, I will have to remember. It didn't do a whole lot.

I am not surprised that an acupuncturist cured your mother's shingles yet was either wary of prescribing you anything (due to the large number of pharmaceutical drugs you have had in your life) and that you did not see much result.

Generally for every year you have had a disease, acupuncture takes about a month of once weekly treatment to start making inroads an seeing benefit. A ten year illness then might take up to ten months to see a significant improvement although certain symptoms might disappear along the course of those ten months.

True chiropractors are as holistic as any other natural health practitioner but there are few of those remaining. My guess is that his/her manipulations restored the flow partially in your channels, thus receiving the energetic blockages which are causing your nervous over-excitability.

The acupuncturists I went too was not the same one that my mother went too.
I have only been on the drugs since December. Also, there were many times within the year that I got off them. Then I would get back on for a month. The main three I would take were the Zyrtec for allergies and symbicort to heal the inflammation. Then ventolin which is just a bronchial dialator.
The steroids were only a six day thing. The high powered anti acids I took for less then a week. Advair, dulera and qvar are just symbicort in different forms that they switched me around on too see if there was different change.
I really haven't been on prescription meds that long. I stopped taking them all except for the ventolin on occasion months ago. I have been over stimulated for before chiropractor.
I have so much ambition and so much passion. But no endurance.
Also years ago I would do things like invoke elements for 100 breaths. Or do five different breathing exercises at 100 breaths per each one. Like
Breath of fire 100 breaths 3 timesAlternate nostril 100 breathsLunar breath 100 breaths
 I can't remember what else.
I cannot keep consistent with meditation for my life. One day my passion will burn and for a week I will doing 5 hours of meditation.. Then I will hit a low and not want to do more then 20 minutes of meditation.
Because meditation is such a stress in my life, I have no time for anything else. I am always stressed out on what should I do for a program. What do I do. What I do. This is too much. This is not enough. What I do. What I do. I go to work and it's all I think about. I can't concentrate. I can't work a full 40 hours or more because it's stressful enough. Where as if meditation wasn't in my life I would be working all the time and have no problem.
Anyway, that's enough ranting.

If you stress about meditation then you're doing it wrong. Meditation doesn't need to be a day long affair either, just 30-60 minutes is enough for a good buzz. It's not a race to raise the serpent.
High Priest Lucius Oria

@...88 I can sympathize with that. You plan to do a minimum of 3 hours (for example) of meditation everyday. Some days, that's great, you'll even do more. Other days, it's hard to find the discipline (or time) to sit down for even 30 minutes to meditate. And when you do sit down for an abbreviated meditation session, you have to decide which meditation will be most effective for you at that moment. You know that every moment wasted is another moment that you aren't progressing, but the reptilian filth never stops its efforts. Good luck to you, Mr. Strickland, you are most helpful. Hail Satan.

Thanks. I just got to stop seeing it as a race like Lucius said. I just want to be as advanced as I can as quickly as I can. But, I have to learn to enjoy the path and relax. See that's why I really liked the idea of just a little meditation and doing as many reverse rituals as possible. Because Satanas doesn't drop that much. So if you do three this day and nine the next, I didn't feel much of a drop.
I felt like I was truly accomplishing something. I didn't have to worry about consistency. If something serious happened where I couldn't do them for a week it wouldn't matter. It wasn't about building something up. You get immediate results, you do damage to the enemy.
My personality is like Cardinal fire. If I can put my all into something and see immediate results I'm happy. Slow drawn out things that take constant consistency and endurance I hate. Do this meditation program for an entire year and then see if you have made progress. I just can't do it lol.
I think I'm just going to have to do something simple as my main program. Like focus on the yoga, breathing exercises, void, aura of protection and invoking earth. I guess there is nothing wrong with that. I just feel like I'm letting others down.
Meanwhile I can put all my ambition into the rituals.

I had the same problem. Actually I'm still all-passion low-endurance. But as for the meditations, I was all over the place, doing different meditations each day and so on. So I asked my GD to guide me to what meditations I should do, and he did. He still does. It makes it so much easier, knowing that my GD, who is infinitely more advanced and wise than I am, advises me on what meditations and workings would benefit me the most.

Hey! :)I will put my two cents here.
First of all, you have this breathing condition for 14 years. I don't know how old you were back then, but if you were a teenager, I've noticed from my own experience and two other people's that we all started having some certain health (+mental) problems when we reached our teens, and these problems remained until today.I've also discovered that these problems were actually... residues form past lives.
One example is a Sister I know who sometimes has hooorrible back pain. She's been having this since she was a teenager (it started then) but NO doctor can find ANYTHING wrong with her back/spine! Nothing at all. She had visited many doctors and even psychologist and other kinds of doctors (I don't know the english words) and none of them found anything wrong with her.
But I feel it originates from her past life... although I have no proof of it. :p

Then, another person (not a Brother; yet) has had issues with his anger, and HE feels it originates from his past lives, and I can also feel it.
Then, you have me. I was having issues with my gender (I'm not talking about the average girl hating herself because society taught her to), I suddenly became an introvert, then started doing research for how many money it would need to have a sex change... And then I found out the most wonderful way I died in my past life lol, so here ya go! :)
I'm just throwing this suggestion here.
Also: I've been working in a school where they teach Reflexology, and damn, it seems to work wanders! Imagine that reflexology deals with energy. Even though not even the teachers have any idea on how to open their chakras lol, at least they know where they are located and they 100% work with ENERGY through your feet/palms.If you can find a reflexologist that is not a christian (hah!) and you feel like they do not have shitty energy, you can try that. :)
Otherwise, I would suggest constantly breathing energy from the Sun into your throat or wherever specifically the problem is.

Thank you lydia that is great advice. :)

Lower back pain is usually due to depleted kidney energy and in a teenage girl will appear at around 14 years old (16 years for a male) when the kidneys enter the second stage of maturation

Anger issues are usually an indicator of liver qi stagnation.

Not to say these issues are not relate to past lives and certainly until th soul is perfected through the Magnum Opus we all carry our past lives around to a certain degree. But the above two concerns are easily treatable and have been so successfully for thousands of years by the Chinese.

Aaah I see ivy.. :OHm, then about the kidney... what should one suggest for a cure?

That depends on whether or not it is kidney yin or yang or just kidney qi.

Kidney yang would include tiredness, feelings of cold, excessive urination, shortness of breath and malaise. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is almost always due to Kidney Yang Deficiency.

Kidney Yin deficiency would include sweating at night, feelings of heat in the afternoon or hot flushes, warm hands feet and chest, insomnia, dry eyes and visual disturbances and a thin body with difficulty putting on weight.

Kidney qi deficiency is basically kidney yang deficiency without the feelings of cold.

Rarely, lower back pain might be due to severe trauma or liver qi stagnation but there would be accompanying structural abnormalities.

Kidney deficiencies almost always co-exist after a few years meaning that both features of kidney yin and kidney yang exist together because the kidneys fall out of balance. Then the treatment must assess the severity of both before proceeding (if herbal).

There are various foods for kidney yin and still others for kidney yang but one must be sure of what the syndrome is because kidney yang tonifying foods will damage kidney yin and vice versa.

There are also acupressure points which can be use safely in the case of either yin or yang including Taixi Kidney 3, level with the high point of the medial malleolus between the Achilles tendon and the ankle bone (malleolus). Bladder 60 kunlun is opposite, level with the high point of the lateral malleolus and between the Achilles tendon and the ankle bone (malleolus).

If I were to give acupuncture I would put a single needle through both of these points starting at kidney 3.

Wow, thanks for the detailed answer...The thing is, this Sister is too healthy haha. I mean she doesn't show any of the symptoms you mentioned and in general she doesn't have any problems with her health. Imagine this: she was eating very very "dirty" food (always ordering 'take-outs' pizzas etc) and when she recently did her medical exams she was 100% healthy, and she was even shocked with that hahaShe also -if it is of any importance- almost never sweats and she drinks lots lots of water; not excessively, but she does drink water, yet she doesn't sweat. But she doesn't have any of the symptoms you mentioned.

Does she have poor hearing or vision?

Never sweating is a symptom of blood deficiency, especially if she doesn't sweat even on exertion. Sometimes younger people show symptoms more slowly, in that being the lower back pain may be the first symptom to appear (as it often is when it shows up early) without any others but often when I talk to people one on one they tell me that they have none of the symptoms I describe but when I talk to them and ask them lots of questions, it comes out that they do but either didn't think it was relevant or severe enough to warrant being mentioned, or they simply describe it in different terms.

Another syndrome which might cause lower back pain is phlegm channel obstruction which is consistent with the diet you just described. She may be healthy now at 20 or 25 years old (or younger?) but rest assured th he poor health decisions now will catch up with her at some point and early onset lumbar pain is a pretty goo indicator that when it hits it will be hard.

It's difficult to say one way or another based on what you've provided, normally it takes a number of questions to get to a diagnosis, probably in excess of thirty and it's preferable to speak with t person directly because you also introduce the factor of symptoms being missed or avoided due to embarrassment etc.

And also on that, lower back pain can be due to channel stagnation but usually something which appears in teenage years and remains is channel stagnation due to Kidney deficiency, as the Kidney energy cannot supply the bladder channel appropriately and the blood and qi stagnate there.

Kidney foods which are neutral in thermal temperature can be used to aid this, such as most seafood, especially oysters, duck, pork, Chinese Yams and salt (in general).

The acupressure points I described above will also assist equally as much as what they would in Kidney Yin and Yang imbalances.
