Breath of fire

What is confusing? Please elaborate.

If not then I have been doing the Breath of fire wrong for all those years, what I do is to contract my muscles on my abdomen lol

He is doing it wrong. The air should enter and exit by the contraction of the muscles, by itself not controlled like he does. That is just toying around expanding the thoracic area.

The lower abdomen is key, not necessary the stomach as the primary point of focus. By focusing on the lower you include the upper as well and the fire has a better combustion from the lower abdomen.
