Use a search engine, type in "retrograde planets 2012" or something like that. There are all sorts of sites, just choose the one you like best. For efficiency, page layout and design, etc.

I'd recommend http://moontracks.com/index.html
As it has info about retrograding planets and in what sign their currently residing in. Moon phases and VOC info is also available here.
