Blocked Chakra means pain?

Hello,

since a few days i do my power meditation. Everytime when i find the time. After 10 minutes i feel a strong pain in my spine where my heart chakra is. And i get this pain allways at the same spot when i try to meditate.
So does this mean my heart chakra is blocked, so that the serpent cant rise and caused this kind of pain?

In my experience, this can also be an enemy attack.

You should investigate further, try doing some opening blockages meditations. Usually when you feel pain in a chakra it's the one above that is blocked. So the energy stucks beneath it causing pain.
