To answer your question, your birthday is the start of your new solar year(if that's what it's called), and as such you will have your solar-return around this time. This will signify what new energies affect you for this year until your next birthday.

I had lacking knowledge on how this stuff works on here. Apparently you cant delete posts if someone quoted you, which is what I did with my post :lol:

It seems one of the moderators has deleted it for us :)
