Hello brothers/ sisters,I started meditating a bit over a year ago and was making good progress. I was about to transition into being an intermediate meditator but I fell off of the wagon and a few months ago, basically at the start of the new year, I had to start from scratch. I am yet again making good progress, I have open chakras and can thoroughly clean my aura, do yoga at least once a day, and I am very sensitive to energy. Especially when manipulating the energy of my own soul by focusing on any of my chakras, reverse torah rituals, and applying protective auras onto loved ones. Basically any working that I know how to do. Maxine has written on the website about how feeling an intense burst of energy coming from the chakras is normal and is a positive indication that my meditations are working. Recently however, I have been getting some extreme symptoms EVERY time I have a meditation session. The following symptoms have basically been building cumulatively since I started taking meditation seriously and have now gotten a bit extreme: intense abdominal contractions particularly above the navel (solar plexus chakra), spasms in my arms, legs, and head that can sometimes be violent, and lastly the most extreme symptom is full body convulsions that start at the solar plexus chakra and can be so intense that it causes my entire body to contract. I can stop the convulsions at will but when I do they always start again. I am not worried about having epilepsy or anything of that nature because I CAN sort of control these energy surges at will but if I lose focus for even a second they start again... Has anyone experienced similar symptoms? Is this normal? I have entertained the possibility of kundalini activation but I sometimes rethink this since I am still a beginner. Any suggestions or info is greatly appreciated!!!Hail Satan
