I've been trying to boost my frequencies a little while meditating and was wondering whether binaural beats and certain frequencies (particularly 432 HZ) helped or hindered your progress when meditating, I feel like it helps but I've been getting lied to my entire life so I want clarification from my new people whom I love and know I can trust.
