Beginner to Meditation

Hello, I'm new. I recently did the commitment to Satan because I strongly feel affiliated with him. However, meditation and breathing exercises are proving difficult for me considering the fact that I get distracted easily. How do I keep focus? I need some kind of "basis" to build my skills on; I need something that makes meditation a little less difficult for me. I need to meditate because, obviously, I can't do anything else without it. Any suggestions? Do you have any beginner tips for increasing concentration?

This is something that you'll need to work on. After some time (try to do this, at least a month or so... actually, try doing HP HoodedCobra's meditation program: http://webzoom.freewebs.com/satanismgr/ ... stries.pdf ) you could try using a rune to help you in 'stilling your mind'. Until then though, you need to give your own efforts into this.

Which meditations exactly do you have problems with? I mean, you're not really clarifying :/

Try using the web archive strip as a void meditation as you read through the meditations, or as your read through the scriptures
