Been feeling incredible lately

So for about a few weeks now I've been doing some high intensity workouts and it seems my bio-electricity levels skyrocketed. The first 2 weeks I kept feeling high energy and it felt great. This one day I could even feel my kundalini heat up and ascend up to the 2nd chakra (but couldn't go further so there must be a blockage) at the end of this one workout. I just don't get why I didn't start doing workouts sooner it seems obvious now that I think about it since I heard before that to improve your soul you need to also improve your mind and body. I always tried to just focus on my soul and not worry about working on my body. The energy in my body seems to be circulating a lot easier now then it ever has. Thank you for the Joyofsatan website and to the people that helped give me information it has changed my life a great deal for the better
