Becoming Whole with Kundalini Yoga

Lately I have been having some very beautiful experiences with kundalini yoga. I have always had glimpses of my past lives, for as long as I can remember, but this past while it's like I've been putting the pieces of myself together, my whole self, the sum of all my lifetimes and not just this current one. I am becoming more of myself, more of a woman, more joyful, more everything! I'm being amplified! It's such an incredible and liberating feeling. It hits me out of seemingly nowhere while doing my yoga.

I wanted to share this, for you non-yogis, hopefully this will inspire you to start a yoga program. Meditation is important for this too of course, that goes without saying, but the spiritual and the physical go hand-in-hand. Yoga is one of many gifts from Satan.

That's so cool that you knew I was going to post! I've had similar experiences with other posts, but not with knowing who would post them. So cool. And I know what you mean, with seeing through illusion more. Sometimes I will be doing my yoga, and something will pop into me head, like "oh wait that isn't right! That's not how things are supposed to be! Another lie." Its a great feeling, being able to find the truth.
