I don't remember saying anything about putting a 'lid' on things. I would not go about messing with hormones through treatments and other things like that, you said your hormones are fine via tests in and of themselves and it sounds to me like some other 'factor' of which any "proper breakdown of blood" makes no logical sense and doesn't sound like any kind of accurate terminology to me, sounds like it's some strange justification for these treatments that could be potentially harmful. Your soul could just be needing more water element, physical causes can be factored in but if there are no real signs to one via tests and everything is shown as fine on every aspect you can possibly cover then don't let doctors start spouting out theories to try and find an answer, because in such cases the answer is one they're unaware of, of which with all physical things good to go, is narrowed down to something spiritual as the cause and not physical.

Be very careful about jumping to conclusions in thinking 'what the gods said', I have been lead to quite the harmful things in deception in the past. The enemy tries to interfere in every damn possible astral matter of communication no matter what and they try to make such things 'make sense'. My advice to you from my own experiences is ground yourself and be patient before you make any of your own decisions from these 'answers'. Clean the head region of your soul with Satanic energy and flush out any negative attachments. NAUTHIZ rune is good for this with intent to banish any and all enemy influences; When I used that rune for the first time after I saw it's symbol over and over again for months by Satan and the gods (I no longer see it anymore) to banish the enemy when I realized what was happening to me, my phone on my desk started freaking the hell out with the test message sound (and no actual messages on the phone) impossibly rapidly as if it was on the fritz, the enemy has tried many distractions upon any progress I make for other things, they certainly do such stuff.

Shield your psychic chakras and deflect any malevolent interferences, this is one way to make sure you ascertain proper communication with Satan and the gods and not other entities, but this takes practice and training to figure things out. Such cleansing, detachments and shielding when done very strongly and built upon makes it virtually impossible for the enemy to psychically interfere with your communications with Satan and the gods and you'll actually get real truths and with grounding. I'm sure you'll figure it out in time.

Also research, research, research, knowledge is power, when we know truths and real information then we are not so easily deceived. Remember what I said about trusting and believing psychic matters when you're not yet grounded enough. When communicating with Satan and the gods it is more accurate to feel with focus on them like you're speaking to a real physical person in perception, not a mystical form of energy in your head, this physical perception is the applicable logic of the material realm that reveals truth over imagination and it's how I tell better that I'm really talking to them, you better 'feel' and 'see' them in the real realm of psychic focus but the key factor here is seeing reality and putting the imagination under your total control so it doesn't take over and make you lost in it's mist. I admit it's not easy to get a handle of but keeping proper grounded balance in the soul helps, there is a thin line between when you're seeing truth and when your imagination is suddenly taking over. Learn to tell because you can end up deceiving yourself a lot with your own desires, thoughts and subconscious. When this is the case and when it happens or you're confused, I personally, as I've learned recently, stop everything, step away from psychic matters and do something else more grounding and physical for a while like yoga, a logical puzzle, math, anything to centre myself better and I take all the time I need even if that means a whole day or two before trying again. Do not take risks like forcing it, this is where the enemy finds it most easiest to interfere because you become too open and this is how they lead you astray to harm.

Be patient with yourself, clean and protect yourself and and give yourself time for everything. Don't be too quick, Satan is strong with those who practice patience. You're health is important, but I would advise getting as much real information as you can before you even start considering any real decisions.

The sacral chakra is the chakra of Mars, blood, anger, rage, it is where the emotion of anger manifests from; It's why women typically get irritable and angry when going through a cycle, it's not the hormones, the female hormones are of feminine aspects, they tie into psychic matters of emotions which is perfectly normal, the Earth element and black energy can help control and put a lid on this if it gets uncomfortably out of hand or annoying.

I just assumed by vagueness and lack of info that you may have been jumping to conclusions and felt concerned, but I see now this is not the case and apologize. Take a look into the research on treatments, I'm sure there are varying options, make sure you look at everything before going for any solid decisions though.

Of course the bottom-line is definitely to figure out and correct the source issue. Have you ever had any blood tests lately checking your cholesterol levels, blood sugar, etc? It seems clear your matter of focus for this on the spiritual end is going to be with the Heart Chakra and it helps to keep an eye on physical matters to the actual heart organ as well, as both planes mirror one another.

For the Heart Chakra you definitely want to stick with yoga. Also use vibrant emerald green energy either in your aura and or the Heart Chakra itself, also Venus planetary energies and Sun energies are going to help too. Green and Venus help largely with empowering, cleaning and healing the Heart Chakra and both rule over healing and warding of illnesses, diseases and things like viruses as well. The Sun rules overall health in general and the lifeforce. Green also rules balance and harmony with the heart chakra, facilitating balance means also having balance with the elements in your soul, with all the matters regarding your Sacral Chakra and fiery energies you keep dealing with along with over-activeness of such, it sounds like you could use some water element.

The water element also rules over the Throat Chakra which rules over matters of the physical throat like the thyroid, if you're lacking in water this could mean debilitation in the Throat Chakra which could over time develop health issues with the thyroid. The thyroid controls and deals with matters of hormones in the body and I would recommend on the physical spectrum that you get that checked out as well to make sure there's nothing wrong with it. Clean and clear water element and shiny blue energy to clean and empower your Throat Chakra might be necessary going forward but definitely have an examination done for your thyroid regardless, I seriously recommend that.

Also reduce sugar intake, things like sweets, cakes, adding sugar to coffees or teas, etc. Any exercises that can be done to get the heart pumping are also good and would be suggested to be done regularly as you can. Remember the signs you regularly get about exercise, something must be done for that area within your capabilities, I'm sure there is much you can find online with a quick search as well as alternatives. Make sure you drink plenty of water too daily, stay hydrated. This is all with your well-being in mind, good physical health means good spiritual health, nurse both sides.

Thanks for such thorough information, I’m really impressed right now. You called some really big things out psychically. The throat is my only weak chakra and Venus is in its fall in my chart. Now that you mention it, I am wondering if this is the reason why I passed out when I began the Venus square. I knew the throat chakra was my weakest and I had done three sun squares in the past so I was certain I needed to balance that, I believe there’s supposed to be a link with the sun and the throat. When I was doing the mantras, I suddenly got very light headed as I was laying down. I continued to do the mantras and didn’t make it to the end. Thyroid also deals with hormones, balance, and may have a large affect on the issue at hand.

Thyroid problems run on both sides of my family, most on my dads side have had thyroid failure and my mom has hyperthyroidism. An over active thyroid. Hyperthyroidism causes jitters and insomnia. She began running marathons and has not had issues with it since. I think running actually reversed the issue. Venus also rules over blood disorders. When I started the Venus square, this could be why I passed out, passing out felt like a sudden intense rush of sleep. The energy rush to the throat didn’t feel like an over amplified bioelectricity and it was a really good feeling, but with that I physically saw my room buzz around with energy and as I passed out when my eyes were slightly open, it almost looked like a figure was forming within the buzzing energy. It weirded me out and seemed like a light hallucination so I crossed that working out. I wasn’t doing too many meditations at the time and I’ve never passed out like that from any working or high levels of energy.

I haven’t revisited the idea of thyroid because all of my tests there were normal, but my cholesterol has been high in the past.

With meditation and high energy levels it’s not unlikely that any blockage in the throat that energy couldn’t move past has triggered the thyroid. If the issue is an overactive thyroid, exercise and throat meditations would be a good fix for this.

I’ve been met with some fear in opening the throat further because it deals with psychic senses and I’ve been running from those but that actually seems like an attack. Having a better throat chakra would only balance the senses, prevent attacks, and facilitate the energy to the heart. Tonsillitis has also been an occurring issue. More Venus/throat rulings.

The throat and heart intermingle very closely. When I initially heard about blood and heart chakra from Satan, I went to the Venus square page last year. This all seems so obvious and like a no-brainer now.

Yes water does deal with psychic matters but it is a matter of ruling over them, every element can affect psychic matters in some way, even the earth element of which stifles and suffocates it. Fire makes psychic matters chaotic, wild, no control, confusing and expansive with no confinement, water element coincided with the throat chakra actually would help settle this to a more stable and calm level. So water wouldn't make the situation worse but actually help control it better by balancing out the fire that causes it to go so haywire as water also incites calmness and harmony.

Having strong water element with the throat chakra (and a strong and healthy throat chakra in general) would have the chakra act like a shield, it's water element essentially acting like a controlled barrier or guard at it's post that prevents the fire element of the lower chakras from rising past the heart chakra and above the throat to the head region in such high levels, giving you that fever or heat in the head feeling.

The upper chakras are not built for the fire element like that, it's not supposed to be able to rise past the throat chakra to those degrees, your throat chakra is supposed to essentially act like a 'water gate' that holds off the fires from entering the 'higher kingdom'. Of course I am using some allegories here but you get the picture I'm sure. And when it comes to grounded logic, there must be balance with the Earth and Air element as these are both coincided with the heart chakra in it's dual nature; And this is not so much in energy element aspect of the soul but also in how you generally tune your attention, a balance of logical focus on the material plane with psychic focus in the background as a secondary tool to be called upon when needed, ease of access but controlled access in that you can tune out quickly enough when you need to and will have more applied logic for realness and truths.

When focusing on psychic matters as well one centres themself first using the heart chakra, or at least this is what I'm being taught lately by the gods. I'm directed to focus a specific perception that utilizes the centralization of the self with the heart chakra because it incites the function of balance, I've found in doing this to be far more incredibly grounded with centralized control over my directing of intents and focus in psychic matters and I received far more truths and accuracy, including communicating with them. It's a work in progress of course.

It gets a little complicated from there so as to not overwhelm you with too much information I'll leave it at that for now until you get further along, I'm sure I'll be able to tell when you're ready. You get the idea for now on what direction you're generally to go anyways and I trust you'll know what is necessary.
