Banishing Niding Rod

could I use a niding rod to repell negative energy for my outdoor place of worship? I know it sounds bad, but it's hidden well in the woods behind a certain establishment. If so, what should I chant? please reply soon, I want to make sure everything goes well for my Beltane ritual.
