Runes can overwhelm you if you're new to meditations, but you can always use ALGIZ rune to build an aura of protection around you.\n\nThe keys is in vibration + visualizing, visualize an aura around you and it's color is a bright white-gold, imagine it getting brighter and brighter with every vibration, and imagine the same with rune ALGIZ (literally imagine the rune ALGIZ in front of you and that it's shining like a sun, imagine it so bright it hurts your eyes and it's light empowering the protective aura around you) and if you're a bit more advanced you could also feel everything you're visualizing. For me the protecting aura feels really warm and assuring.\n\nIf you want to work with runes it's best to use Rosary, and you should affirm what you are doing, in your case affirm;I'm breathing in powerful protective energy, this energy is building an aura of protection around me, this aura protects me at all times and in every way (affirm this if you're not using a rune) it's so important to "will" the affirmation.\nin case you're using a rune;\nThe energies of ALGIZ rune are building an aura of protection around me, this aura protects me at all times and in every way.\n\nNote #1: if you're not using a rune you don't need a rosary, you could just imagine and affirm for like 10 minutes.\nNote #2: you have to clean your aura before working on the aura of protection.\n\nNote #3: i wouldn't recommend relaying on Satan unless you're in deep shit, even if you're in deep shit you shouldn't be in it in the first place, Satan wants us all to relay on ourselves to advance ourselves enough to be able to handle everything on our own.\nNote #4: make your own rosary, buying one (if you even find one) isn't something good, it might be made wrongly, i even heard their might be bad energy applied on it.
