Aura cleaning

I'm having a bit of a difficulty with aura cleaning how to best do the part of visualizing the light going through my chakras, any advice? Thank you friends

I relax and try to superimpose white gold light on my body. I rely more on expanding my aura to "feel" and "know" the light is there than visualizing because it's difficult that way.
But from what I read it is important to visualize as best you can while cleaning your aura.


Still pretty new myself fyi.
