Aura Cleaning

Hello, I am very curious as I recently read we are not to clean our auras or do energy work with others near us. I don’t know how I have not seen it until now as I have read nearly everything on the website and constantly re read for anything I may have missed and to stay fresh.
I live with my girlfriend in a small studio and have always meditated next to her. I won’t do rituals and when I do RC1&2 I do it outside in the sunlight but I have done this indoors before and we do have a really small space. We are within 5 feet of each other roughly at all times. I don’t do Rituals but I very commonly do Zevic Hypnosis on myself. Is there precautions I can take or is this fine? She is very healthy and sometimes she does yoga with me but she doesn’t meditate.(she is not dedicated) nor is she aware of my dedication but she is very open minded and hates abrahamic religion. Am I fine to clean my aura with just visualizing light as long as I’m not doing energy programming?
