Aura Cleaning Help

Sometimes I have trouble visualizing a bright light over me to clean my aura. What should I do? Are there any other ways I can clean my aura?

Visualization can be difficult for some. You might try feeling the cleansing energy. Perhaps even hearing it.

Another point I'd like to mention is, allow yourself permission to be able to see it. Talk k yourself into being able to see it. Believe in your ability to see it.

While it's not usually necessary to go into a trance to clean your aura and chakras, it might help newborns to go into a light trance in order to begin the beginning of the beginning.

Enemy conditioning is multi-layered, multi-dimensional and multi-faceted.

Start as small as you need to.

You have to visualize the light over your body and getting brighter and intense. Breathing energy from the sun before this can help.
