Attacks?

It only happens once and a while but it occurs for about 15-20 minutes at a time and it comes in the form of "seeds of doubt". I know its not really me saying this but in my mind I hear things like, "I need to go to church" or "God is good". These phrases will keep repeating themselves over and over. Now like I said this only happens once and a while and after I concentrate on fathers name it will go away. I keep saying in my mind I am of Father Satan and I also try and clear my mind or do some quick meditating while I am doing that to rid my mind of this filth and it will eventually go away. Are these attacks or is this still the affect of years of catholic "programming"? Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance for your time and effort.

well the main idea of it is that if theres holes in your aura, then enemies and other beings can feed through it.

it causes depression, loss of energy, and attacks

basically, you should work to remove them.
